Why don't you give quotes?

We have found those who quote work often cut corners to stay within the quote to keep their profit margin. We bill for time and materials so that the project is done right and nothing gets covered up or not fixed.

Do you bid jobs?

 

Occasionally we will bid a job, typically commercial work when complete spec sheets are provided, but bidding is not our usual practice.

Do you require a deposit?

 

Not typically.  However, depending on the scope of work and material list, we will talk about a deposit and payment schedule for your project.
